This is super easy french toast recipe using a couple day old cinnamon rolls. Since the cinnamon roll is full of sugar and cinnamon we're going to make a super simple custard with a few eggs and milk.
1 cup Milk
2 Day old cinnamon rolls
Beat your eggs and milk together and pour into a small baking dish. Cut your cinnamon rolls in half and place into the baking dish. Let them soak for about 3-5 mins on both sides. Heat a skillet with a little butter and vegetable oil. Cook each roll on both sides for a few minutes until golden brown. Now transfer them to a wire wrack and place in a oven pre-heated to 350. Let them bake for 15mins and enjoy with an egg and some bacon.
